My favourite places in the North West for their attractive properties. I do love driving through and admiring the architecture and character of the homes within these towns and villages.
They all have great unique selling points in their own rights starting with Edenfield being closer to motorway links but being able to still give countryside living, Ramsbottom with the East Lancashire Steam Railway, award winning restaurants, pubs and cafes and a mix of traditional and modern design.
Summerseat that lies in the Irwell Valley is full of character and dreamy scenery plus a wonderful garden centre.
Tottington has easy access to Bury and Bolton, a gateway to the higher end of Edgworth and Affetside, Greenmount and Hawkshaw are all north of its town.
These areas are great for people who like to stay busy, have easy access to transport links, want to be involved in a community and enjoy events and a social life within country living, work in the cities but do not want the city life or pay city prices.
